Partying

It's uni, so aint gonna lie; there's a lot of partying.

Monday - Sobering up from hangover.
Tuesday - Party night. Why? 'Cause it's cheap entrance at the clubs in town on Tuesdays.
Wednesday - Pretty chill. Sobering up from Tuesday.
Thursday - Party night. Same reason as Tuesday. The clubs have cheaper prices.
Friday - Woho! Weekend! Party!
Saturday - Still weekend!
Sunday - Monday tomorrow, let's enjoy the last day of the weekend!

Now, of course this may be somewhat exaggerated, but it's what it bloody well feels like at times when people insist on buzzing the door at 4a.m despite not even living in this apartment. And the facts about Tuesdays and Thursdays are true.
I still haven't gone into town or gone clubbing. Nor do I really feel like doing so, although I was jokingly told by a friend that "it's a fresher's responsibility," Haha, yeah... we'll see about that one. I'm still pretty good with just having a drink with my friends in the flat or possibly go to the pub. I'll keep it at that for now.

Reading week

Two more seminars and then it's reading week. Reading week is pretty much what the title says; a week to read up on your upcoming tests, finish your essays, read the compulsary and recommended texts that you haven't even looked at yet. It's also the week where people just go; "woho, we don't have any classes. Time to get drunk!"

Going to the pub!

Just got home from the pub where I had a great time with the karate club :D Brilliant group of people, so happy I found them in the ocean of associations here at Stirling. We basically just met up at the campus pub and had a drink. It's really handy to have a campus pub to be honest... It was good and it was a lot of fun! Unfortunately for me, someone tickled me and I responded like I usually do. They're never going to let me forget that one...

Curry ♥

So, I've gotten a package in the mail and not only did it contain much needed and wanted clothes but five packages of Blå Bandets Curry ♥ Thank you dad!

oh, and I also got my computer that I ordered so now I will be able to update and put up pictures. (If it decides to work properly, that is...)

L.A!

In a month! So, I'm heading to L.A to visit Agnes in November! And have an absolutely awesome time in the US :)

karate!

Have started with karate, sen no kai, here at Stirling and let me tell ya, so far, so brilliant. These guys are awesome ^_^

getting settled

So, I've now been here for approximately a month and I'm slowly settling in. My room is getting more and more personal so it's getting more comfortable to stay in and although I lack certain kitchen utensils, I've cooked, done lunch boxes and planning for the coming month! :)
Today I paid my rent, and after the flight tickets to la, I feel broke... Thank the gods for my summer job. Now I'm off to get my gym card, which also was frighteningly expensive as well, but which I will make sure is well used!
